Dierks’ Nashville Bar Parties

It’s been six months since Dierks Bentley opened his Whiskey Row Nashville.  Since then, the place has become the location for a few epic post-concert parties.  Dierks described the situation to Country Countdown USA’s Lon Helton:

“At Whiskey Row Nashville, I have a little backstage room upstairs, that’s just my room there to go hang out, it doubles as a green room when we have bands there. But I have this back room that has photos from tours and family and alcohol, and these guys always find a way to get back there.  So I got a video from Chase Rice the other day, and he’s holding a picture of me & Jon Pardi hugging, and he goes, ‘We never hug like this anymore!’  And I got a video from Thomas Rhett, he’s like, ‘We all sitting on the couches, we’re gonna drink all the alcohol, we’re gonna touch all the pictures.’  He was there with Post Malone until 4:30 in the morning. Lanco, Thomas Rhett, Dan & Shay Luke Combs, the next generation of country were there with Post Malone at my bar til 4:30 in the morning. Like where was I?  I texted Thomas afterwards, and he said, ‘Man that night took me two days to recover.’  That makes me feel better, although I would have loved to hang out with Post Malone, cause I love his vibe, it’s pretty cool.”

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row has a lot of new competition, with Alan Jackson, Florida Georgia Line, Blake Shelton, and Jason Aldean adding their names to lower Broadway.  “Every meet & greet, I hear from fans, that they were just in Nashville, it’s become adult Disneyland. If you love country music, it is so fun, and that is just lower Broadway.  If you walk, there’s music coming out of every place.  I don’t think we’ve begun to tap in to how crazy it’s going to get here.  If you want to get America, you go to Nashville.  We’re just beginning to see how big it’s going to get.  There’s plenty of room for more, I’m not worried about competition, there’s more room for artists to open bars.”
